At Spain Rush-SPF, the seamless execution of our programs is underpinned by the professional management of our dedicated staff, covering all essential duties with proven expertise.

One of our pivotal roles is team management, which encompasses addressing all logistical and training needs of the team and players upon their arrival in Spain. From arranging accommodations and transfers to coordinating field activities and training schedules, our clients receive comprehensive support to simplify their experience.

Salo Navalón, a member of our technical team, brings a wealth of experience in professional soccer to her role as team manager. Having competed as a player for Valencia CF Women’s team for nine years in the top division of the Spanish Women's League and being a former member of the Spanish National team, Salo has an in-depth understanding of the diverse needs of teams and players while away from home.

Her responsibilities include conducting preliminary reviews of schedules and needs for clubs or players and providing personal assistance during critical transfers or training sessions. Additionally, Salo’s extensive background in coaching young women in soccer positions her uniquely to assist our coaching staff in designing and implementing tailored training programs for women’s soccer groups.

At Spain Rush-SPF, customization to client needs is a hallmark of our service. By integrating Salo Navalón into our technical staff, we enhance our ability to offer specialized management for women’s soccer groups, focusing keenly on their unique needs and objectives.
