One of the most frequent questions arriving to our assistance channel is; how to be hired by an Spanish football team? Or similar like Can I be selected by an Spanish Soccer Academy?.

To bring solutions to all this wishes we launched in Spanish Pro Football Academy one program focused in this players willing to be enrolled by a Spanish Amateur, Academy or Semi-professional football team.

The  application of the tryouts in the Spanishfootball is relative recently but its rising in the last years, with somesignificant differences with the trials executed out of Europe.

The bigpart of the tryouts are restricted for four or five players only to very  concrete positions  and being part of the whole team.The goal to do the trials by this way is to evaluate the adaptation of thecandidate to the team, not just his technical skills.

In Spanish Pro Football Academy we have a continuous follow up of the teams needs in Valencia Community area and others like Andalusia, Madrid or Catalonia, for the different categories in men and women discipline. That allows us to have a large portfolio of positions needs by the clubs and the most important the skills and characteristics looked by each clubs to fit their own needs.

Our Amateur and semi-professional soccer tryout program has a minimum of one week duration starting with an evaluation trial of the player and a bespoke training program to increase the possibilities to be selected by a team in the tryouts stages of June and July. Our technical staff develops a full analysis of the player in the moment the player contract the program booking tryouts with different teams according player´s football level, skills and goals
